Randy has over 27 years experience working for the Contractor in tunnel projects, starting as a miner and progressing to supervising crews for various tunneling operations. This experience gives Randy a broad practical knowledge of the tunneling practice. For the last two years Randy has worked as an underground Inspector on the Seymour Capilano Twin Tunnel, inspecting the works, producing daily reports and supervising time and materials operations when required.
