National Service (November 2023/2024)
Participated in a major outage maintenance on the steam turbine.
Responsibility
Carried out major inspection on the steam turbine.
Rigging and installations of the diaphragms of the lower and upper hafts of the steam turbine.
Installing the stop and control valve of the steam turbine.
Installing the atmosphere diaphragm and also the vent valve of the steam turbine.
Putting Lagged on steam turbine lower and upper casting and Stop and Control valves with fiber and cladding materials respectively.
Greasing of the bearings both the thrust and journal of the steam turbine.
Carried out alignment on the steam turbine diaphragms.
Installation of glands seal pump for the steam turbine.
Participated in a major outage maintenance on the gas turbine.
Responsibility
Cleaned compressor blades, and turbine buckets after dismantling.
Installed compressor blades, and turbine buckets on the rotor shaft.
Installed the liners, transition pieces, and the combust wrappers.

Carried out weekly mechanical inspection on 32G1 circulating cooling water (ccws).
Lecture tour on how the water systems and air systems work.

Carried out preventive maintenance on the industrial service building on mechanical drives.
Carried out housekeeping at industrial service building.
De coupled and coupled process water pump# C for the electrical maintenance to carry out troubleshooting.
Assisted in machining of Teflon flange for new acid injection pump.
Assisted in boring flange for repair work on a fire hydrant behind cooling tower.

Assisted in the replaced a hub on the front right and lift wheel of Nissan Navara.
Carried out monthly inspection on Nissan Navara that include the changing of the fuel fitter, engine oil, oil filters and brake pads.
Replacement of the front and back Absorbers of Mitsubishi sparer and also adjusted the brakes of the vehicle.
Assisted in replacing of cross bearing in a propeller shaft on a Toyota Hilux.
Assisted in disassemble or removal of brake fluid pipe at the rear wheel of Mitsubishi.
Assisted in removal of alternator on a Toyota.
Carried out preventive maintenance on a fork lift.
