·Modified existing PL/1 programs, changing them to sub-programs to handle existing IMS databases, as needed, because of COOL:Gen’s inability to work directly with hierarchical data structures. The sub- program accessed the databases and returned the data to COOL:Gen via a COBOL linkage section.

·Instrumental in assisting the EDS Atlanta Solution Center in achieving CMM Level 2 certification, by serving on the Software Quality Assurance and Audit team.
