As a Senior Pastor, I supervise three weekly formal programs and two training sessions serving 600 people weekly. Coordinate religious services, create bulletins, ensure travel plans and itineraries are available, special guests needs are met; personnel properly trained and equipped for services, overall effectiveness is in accordance with expectations. Submit weekly, monthly, and annual reports, and present information in a clear method including print, PowerPoint, and summarized forms. Fundraising efforts created and used to offset overall costs. Engage community through various outreach efforts. Maintain regular effective communications and engage participants and staff.

The District of Columbia Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) Washington, DC 2016 - present Director, Faith Based Outreach - Office of the Director, Work with faith-based communities to increase awareness of and access to behavioral health services. Coordinate with and support other DBH outreach activities including prevention and recovery activities. Support the development of informational brochures, materials and programs targeted to the faith based community to increase knowledge and access to behavioral health services. Integrate faith based public education with the overall data-driven community outreach action plan that includes comprehensive public relations, resident/citizen organization and agency program initiatives. Support the chaplaincy residency at Saint Elizabeths Hospital. Provide feedback on agency initiatives and services to measure progress and/or recommend additional initiative.
