I counseled men battling Substance Use Disorder and prepared Relapse Prevention Programs individually for the needs of the client. I prepared treatment plans to meet the client's needs. Company was still using paper for everything, so I had to manually write everything out and have individual sessions weekly. In addition to the individual sessions, I also had administered several groups per week with the clients. I spoke to insurance companies, probation & parole officers, child welfare services, and many other social organizations to assist the clients with things such as housing after completion of program ect.

I waited on customers and assigned them rooms at the hotel. I had to fold sheets and towels to assist housekeeping. I had to attend to guests if they had any issues with their room and everything else that is handled at any front desk of a hotel. Providing outstanding customer service was always top priority.
