January 2015 through April of 2016 and then again in 2018 until the site closed down in april Convey was a vender site for multiple insurance companies so we were trained in HIPPA. The first time I worked with them was with a company called Envision that handled insurance funded through the state for elderly and disabled people. I assisted customers with signing up for insurance as well as any questions as to what the insurance covered as far as medication and doctor's visits. When I came back to Convey in 2018 I worked with a company called Optum. I was trained again in HIPPA and this time I helped seniors and disabled people with using money given by their insurance to purchase select medical supplies such as basic over the counter medications and incontinence supplies.

Whelan security is a security company that services multiple facilities in our area. The branch I worked for had a contract with ADM. Our duties included keeping track and logging the comings and going of vehicles and persons on and off the premises as well as who or what was being transported.

I only worked here for a very short time. I was responsible for washing the plastic pallets parts came in and I ended up hurting my back very badly and had to quit, because I was still so new medical leave wasn't available for me so the alternative was to be fired and come back in 6 months. I declined the invitation to come back. Instead I took my job back at Convey with Optum.

Re-Bath is a remodeling company that specializes in bathrooms. This was an excellent opportunity to really polish my customer service skills over the phone. I worked directly under the owners of the branch here, and was trained by a former coworker. I was responsible for speaking with potential clients to make sure we could offer the services they needed. From that point I would set an appointment with one of our sales people to come visit with them and see in person what needed to be done. I had to have a working knowledge of what products we carried such as floor tile, bathroom fixtures, different tubs and walk in showers. We also offered things like shower chairs and walk in bath tubs. January of 2022 to present
With my children both finally in school full time I find myself ready to take a more active roll somewhere and explore what I'm capable of.
