Dear Tony,

We are pleased to offer you employment at Global Building Contractors. We feel that that your skills and background will be a valuable asset to our team. Per our discussion, the position is Site Construction Manager. Your immediate supervisor will be Bob Phillips, Chief Construction Officer. Your starting date will be May 3, 2021. The starting salary is $85,000 per year. Payroll is paid on a bi-weekly basis. In addition to your base salary, GBC provides Medical Insurance (GBC pays 75% medical, 100% Dental and Vision for the Employee) and after 1 year service you are eligible for GBC 401k matching plan.

GBC pays for travel expenses to include lodging, per-diem for meals and mileage per our travel policy. GBC provides the following:

• Phone and Computer with supporting Software

• Mileage rate will be $.48 per mile for business usage of personal vehicle

• Per Diem will be paid at $30.00 per full business day of work

• GBC will pay for travel (Air or Mileage whichever is most economical) to and from job site and your primary residents every 2 weeks

• As a Construction Manager you are also eligible for project bonus which is paid out on closing of the project
