Short-term project of assigned Hannaford Supermarket stores. As ServiceNow tickets in came in I traveled to stores to replace whatever was needed on mostly the Self-Check Out (SCO) registers, like the BNR, Cash box, Recyclers, coin depensers or even the main computer e-box. Replaced many Verifone Pin Pads as well as their online Hannaford-to-Go (HTG) devices as well, which included the Zebra tablets, mini-epson printers & handheld Verifone E55 Pin Pads. Currently stationed at Albany/Rensselaer Amtrak station managing desktop solutions via Service Now (SNOW) tickets & I monitor network systems performance for optimal service. Duties include software installations, hardware break/fix solutions, deployments of new laptops/desktops systems & their peripheral & conference room setups/installations.
