James Boys Ranch (Detention Facility) consisting of; Ground up design build LEED construction of a new 30,000 square-foot housing/laundry facility; a new 7,300 square-foot gymnasium; a new5,400 square foot kitchen/dinning facility; and a new admissions building. The project demolishes a existing 7,000 square-foot housing facility. The Project also included a 34-space parking lot, a paved 2,000-foot long access/fire lane, and landscaping.
