Nature of work
PMC Role Includes monitoring, controlling, solving problems, conflicts management and making decisions. His role is multi-disciplinary and his responsibility is to synthesize and integrate all the aspects of a project into a cohesive whole.
The PMC role is to lead, guide, steer, inspire and motivate entire project team and to marshal all necessary resources to implement and manage tasks and activities in order to achieve milestone and project deliverables, usually in terms of time cost and quality in order to ensure project success.
Tracking project performance and providing regular reports to stakeholders

Inspection of control and relay panel, preparation of Test Report and cable schedule for Power Plants, Steel Plant, Oil & gas Plant, Water Injection Wells, Oil & Gas Producer & Conversion Wells.
Installation of indoor & outdoor bus ducts from 415V to 4.16KV SWBD.

Condition Monitoring and Predictive Maintenance of Critical Equipment and Corrective actions to avoid breakdown.
