• Evaluation of variation submitted by contractors and negotiation with contractors quantity surveyor on any discrepancy in quantities, items, rates and checking price escalation submitted by contractors.
• Take off quantities for project works by using Auto CAD drawings, tabulating, analyzing and formulating the information to facilitate the preparation of measurement sheet.
• Perform additional assignments as per supervisors direction.
• Familiar with Gulf Extrusion, Emirates, Arabian, Gutmann, Easy safety system profile
• Doors & Windows (Hinged, Tilt, Sliding, Swing & Automatic Sliding systems) & Designing Aspect
• Coordinate with Structural Dept., Production Dept.
