Overview
Belvedere Maletti is the leader in salon and spa equipment in the industry for the last 90 years to salons, spas, and hotels. They sell both wholesale and retail within the industry. While here I collaborated directly with clients and all internal departments. My roles included overseeing 15-20 projects simultaneously to ensure the customer vision became a reality. Collaboration with sales, vendors (international and domestic), production teams, warehouse teams, logistics, and ultimately accounting were crucial to ensure each department was provided with timely communication, needed authorizations, product, and invoicing.
Daily problem solving, time management, and re-evaluating priorities were vital to ensuring timely and quality products were delivered first to our production teams and finally installed at our customers locations. My experience at Belvedere Maletti and in warehouse work gives me experience of production and logistics inner workings. While with Belvedere Maletti I had opportunities to visit production and warehouse locations both in Mexico and the US that enhanced my knowledge base of production timelines and logistical needs allowing me to better serve the business.
