• Physically loads the Company truck at the branch and verifies the condition of the truck, the manifest and other paperwork associated with the deliveries to be made.

• Drives to the delivery destination, confirms order with customer, unloads and verifies product, obtains confirmation signature and payment from the customer.

• Makes proper notations on the manifest and provides receipts on parts being returned from customers to the branch.

• Picks up buy-out purchase orders from vendors on vendor "fill in" purchase orders and delivers parts back to the branch or customer.

• Collects accounts receivable, as necessary.

• Works in such a manner as to prevent shortages and damage to products.

• Complies with established Company policies and procedures.

• Load / unload, palletize and shrink wrap freight.

• Assumes other duties as assigned.

• Drive Trucks under 26,000 lbs.

• Maintain DOT Procedures - driver logs, medical card, etc.

• Plumbing – general bathroom plumbing maintenance, familiar with flush vales and drains

(including cabling/snaking when required). Repairing copper, plex, sink, faucet, toilet replacement.

• Electrical – add circuit and outlet/switch, replace outlet/switch, light fixtures.

• Carpentry – install floor tiles including ceramic and VCT, repair and hang metal/wood doors, masonry repairs, concrete repairs, drywall, and other trades.

• Repair dock levelers, dock bumpers, dock plates.

• HVAC – seasonal preventive maintenance and minor diagnostic/repair.

• Complete maintenance requests and work orders delegated by the Maintenance Director.

• Maintain all property grounds in a neat and well-groomed manner.

• Maintain working knowledge of all building systems.

• Maintain ability to discern needs of the physical grounds and be able to take appropriate actions.

• Maintenance of exterior, maintain cleanliness of exterior stairwells.

• Respond to emergency situations as requested.

• Performs general grounds pick up of property (road front and main drive)
