POSITION: LOAN PROCESSOR

Duties entailed managing a pipeline of 28-30 loans per month, ranging from FH/VA, Jumbo, Conforming, Purchases and Refinances. I obtained loan application and then I would order all 3rd party items, always maintaining contract, close and lock dates. I would diligently review title reports to checking for a clear title and if any liens, judgements or solar filings were located, I would immediately obtain documentation to get title issues cleared, to ensure closing would go smoothly. When all documentation was obtained and sufficient, I would run AUS and submit the file to underwriting, when the file came back with a clear to close, I would get the file ready to submit for docs. I would call the escrow company and the borrowers to let them know the loan was approved and our closing team would be sending documents over for signing. working diligently with our closing team to make sure all prior to funding conditions were met. If any documentation was needed, I would obtain any documents our closing team needed. I also ran mers, compliance and fraud reports before all loans funded. Duties entailed handling all 3rd party vendor accounts from liquor, food and merchandise. I would analysis the invoices and made sure to pay all companies were paid in a timely fashion. I would handle about 3,000 invoices a week and input all the information into the system and make sure all spreadsheets were updated on a weekly basis. I would assist in monthly inventories. I update requisitions on a daily basis for all outlets. I worked closely with all departments to make sure everything would run smoothly for upcoming events. I helped out wherever I was needed. Duties entailed preparing loan packages which includes ordering 3rd party vendor items and evaluating the documents. Assembled loan package and submitted it to underwriting for successful resolution. If the underwriter required and further documentation I would request, review and resubmit file for final approval.
