Me and my husband started a property flipping company, we did not renovate, we were the finders for the renovators. We had upto 5 employees the last employee we had still working for us was in 2018. We have kept it open if we decide to pursue that again. I got my Real Estate License to be able to access databases and find properties. We used a self tailored CRM software with he help of Podio. I first maintained the Data Entry and Physical Files of the Parishioners within the custom CRM software. I had to ensure all data in the physical files reflected in the CRM and vice versa. I was then promoted and trained to manage the self help classes and train staff members for their positions within the church. I maintained the physical files in relation to these tasks. During this time I did get ordained as a Minister. I was trained in Communication, Conflict Resolution and to be very Detailed oriented.
