My name is Andrea Misitano. A little bit about me, I am very passionate about my work ethic and am very goal oriented. I have been in Sales BDC for, the Automotive Industry now for, over 11 years.
My experience has been a culmination of being flexible as needs arise in the industry at the base and corporate level. When I started in 2013, I was trained in customer facing as well as internet sales alongside equity retention.
I am proficient in cold campaign marketing as well. I have been flexible as the times change as well as the day. I have trained employees for several departments. Some of those departments include: sales bdc, service bdc, concierge, money handling for accounts as well as opening and closing offices for day to day business and records.
Most recently my employment started with me helping in a major dealer brand that is new to using BDC. Then I was introduced to their specific sales floor with the goal in mind to later transition into finance.
Being a team player and being told needs changed, I switched gears back into BDC, but as a manager for organizing and training the BDC as it was having trouble with maintaining their numbers. My job was to retain previous customers, convert service customers to vehicles sale customers, as well as customer facing, t.o's in person and on through alternate communication all the way to finance and after finance accessories on the side.
Some of the things excel in are as follows...
Work-flow monitoring with customizations to new monthly product knowledge, dealer incentives as well as warranty information.
Calculating payments, working with vendors, returning bad leads for credit for the dealerships. Maintaining relationships with vendors, as well as giving reports to owners, corporate, other managers, etc and maintaining staff training.
I have experience in staffing schedules, time cards, commision, bonuses, spiffs and daily communication reports. There are many templates I have created for crms to create and maintain traffic as well as updating and setting crm target and firing techniques to run smoothly on a 24-hour schedule.
If it adds to my experience I will write that I am short a B.A. degree not in credits but simply in going back to get the actual degree.
There is previous work history that back-dates prior to ten years. That experience includes account management, logistics, contracts and B2B Sales. Please do not hesitate to reach out for further information.

This job recently ended. I worked here for 3 years. It was a very fast paced environment that had a high incoming call volume as well as over on average 100 internet leads a day with Monday mornings having over 250 internet leads to answer.
This job required usage of an average of five websites simultaneously to answer leads, send pricing, give product knowledge for new and used car customers as well as run credit for subprime customers and take full applications, obtaining proof of income and submitting applications.
