Managed, analyzed and aligned the departmental schedule with the overall project schedule, risk register and requirements.

Managed the staffing coordination across the multi-national (spanning 18 timezones) department as the external face of the Digital Systems Group containing Building Information Modeling (BIM), Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Common Data Environment (CDE) teams.
