When I was a biller, my main responsibility was to make sure customers accounts were valid, merchandise were intact and ready for shipment. I was required to check the products that were being loaded on pallets and ensure that they were the right products and right quantity of products the customer ordered.

While working at Walmart, my work was divided into several departments like electronics, sporting goods, cashier and hardware. My main department was electronics where I was tasked with taking care of any technological issues or questions the customers had. I was able to make sales by recommending devices and other products that will be useful to the customer.
