As a retail associate at TJMaxx my job consisted of keeping the beauty department organized, restocking, and assisting customers with any help they needed with finding products, price questions, and also attending the fitting rooms . I also occasionally helped with cashiering when we had rushes and the cashiers needed an extra person’s help with bringing down long lines. Completing purchase and return transactions were taught to me towards the end of my time there butI caught on and always made sure to help customers to the best of my ability whenever there was a hard or confusing return or exchange transaction.
