1. Assists residents with ADL’s which may include the use of adaptive equipment (dining guidelines/protocols).

2. Help prepare meals, clean, do laundry, grocery shopping, showers if needed, and help them keep the home pleasant and comfortable. 3. Transport to/from appointment, community events etc. 4. Complete daily shift notes, data tracking and any other individual record keeping that may be assigned.
