Since November 2002, I have been with GHD Global Private Limited in Doha, Qatar, where I managed drafting projects independently and led teams on numerous high-profile developments. My work includes key projects such as a cultural village, a 30-story residential tower, the Sharjah International Airport Islamic Center, Khalifa Stadium redevelopment, the Grand Hyatt Hotel and Multi-Purpose Hall, and more. Notably, I contributed to the Kiva Bahria Tower in Al-Qatar, the Platinum Tower in Corniche, and several other landmark structures in the region.

Cultural Village Phase 3. This project spans 60 hectares with 2 km of pristine coastline and features 22 unique residential villas, alongside Qatar's crew accommodation. It also includes a residential facility of 500 units and a 30-story residential tower covering a total area of 41,871 square meters. Located in the West Bay, Daffna area, this project boasts two basements, a ground floor, a podium, and a central tower, complete with luxury amenities such as swimming pools and a spa.

Sharjah International Airport Islamic Center. Situated in Sharjah, this project is a blend of traditional and modern architecture. The design includes renovations that enhance the building’s aesthetic while preserving its cultural significance.

Islamic Center. The spiral minaret tower is a deeply memorable feature, serving as a landmark in the heart of Doha’s Corniche area. The building comprises a department store, lecture theatre, audio-visual rooms, offices, and a mosque.

Khalifa Stadium Redevelopment. A highlight of the 2006 Asian Games in Doha, the redevelopment of Khalifa Stadium included architectural enhancements that increased seating capacity and added facilities for athletes, media, administration, and spectators. My work involved contributing to pre-existing drawings and the development of precast structures.

Grand Hyatt Hotel. This project emphasizes luxury hotel facilities, offering state-of-the-art amenities in a prime location. The development includes a grand hall for multi-purpose events, reflecting the high standards expected in hospitality and architectural design.

Viva Bahria Tower, Al-Qatar. Located in a prime area, this tower is a striking addition to the skyline with its distinctive architecture. The tower’s design focuses on modern aesthetics and functional spaces, making it a standout project.

Platinum Tower (B+G+M+40+P), Corniche. This iconic building in Doha’s Corniche area is a testament to innovative architectural design, featuring a unique glass facade that distinguishes it from other high-rises. The structure includes a basement, ground floor, mezzanine, 40 floors, and a penthouse.

Retail Complex at Al-Sadd. A beautifully designed complex that offers a variety of retail spaces, catering to the needs of the local community. The project reflects the perfect blend of functionality and aesthetic appeal.

Al-Handasah Complex, Phases 1 and 2. A comprehensive development project, this complex includes a mix of residential and commercial spaces, providing a well-rounded environment for its occupants.

Since November 2002, I have been employed at Main Heart Middle East Qatar, Where I have undertaken various roles, including receiving and reviewing information related to key projects. Notable among these projects is the Doha International Airport Expansion. This involved adding 8,000 square meters of space to the arrival, departure, and immigration areas, upgrading the existing terminal with new baggage handling equipment, a state-of-the-art stereo system, large-screen computer controls, and modern aluminium cladding to enhance the airport's world-class appearance.

Another significant project was the Sulaiti Towers in West Bay, which included both residential and retail components. Additionally, I worked on the Giant Store Hypermarket at Doha Central Market, a large-scale shopping complex covering 42,000 square meters. This single-story facility features 65 diverse shops, 120 amusement park and food court outlets, and a second phase comprising 71 certified shops in a 36,000-square- meter area.

From 1997 to October 2000, I worked as an Architectural Draftsman at Design Studio. During this period, I contributed to several key projects with increasing responsibility. MED Garage Complex This project involved the development of a large-scale facility in the Industrial Area, Salwa Road, designed for the Building Engineering Department in Doha. The project featured a comprehensive heavy-duty garage complex servicing up to 6,000 government vehicles. My responsibilities included producing working drawings for various components, including a maintenance building, residential quarters for staff, a health center, a five-station petrol pump, both automatic and manual car wash centres, and general road networks. The complex also included landscaping and facilities for both heavy and light vehicles. Junior School and Sports Complex, Qatar Academy.

For the Qatar Foundation’s Education, Science, and Community Development initiative, I worked on the design of a junior school and sports complex. Covering 110,000 square meters with a project cost of approximately 380 million, this facility features a multi-purpose hall, classrooms, activity areas, and a cafeteria. The design emphasized modern materials with ample natural light, featuring a two-story structure cantered around a roofed courtyard. The layout includes open spaces that integrate with the surrounding landscape, creating a functional and welcoming environment.

For the Qatar Foundation's Education, Science, and Community Development. This project was for Qatar National Navigation and involved the design of a 40,000-square-meter office building. The facility includes advanced features such as skylights, curtain walls, a central air conditioning system, fire alarms, a public address system, and comprehensive landscaping. University Registration Building

I also contributed to the design of a registration building for a university, tailored to accommodate a diverse student body. This project focused on creating a functional and accessible space for various administrative and academic needs.
