My tasks and paths are as follows:

• Making adjustments and repairs to various equipment and devices, examining control panels and electrical wires to identify the problem, examining all security devices in facilities such as fire alarms, preparing and installing devices and equipment, and providing technical support for all refrigeration work, ventilation and heating systems, in addition to making repairs if necessary. Order and implement preventive measures in order to reduce the occurrence of any risks or problems in the future and complete the building survey in addition to maintaining all mechanical systems in accordance with health, safety and hygiene standards in the workplace and immediately respond to repair and rapid maintenance to fix all faults and prepare reports on faults and submit them to the work manager.

• Long experience in the field of maintenance, maintaining all electrical, plumbing, welding, or any other type of equipment, the ability to use all hand tools and work for a long time without feeling tired, and the professional ability to solve problems and communicate with owners. problem or team and perform general maintenance of facilities and property. Duties will include routine maintenance inspections of boiler rooms, HVAC units, overhead doors, pumps, motors and associated equipment, replacement and repair of building finishes such as ceiling tiles, door hardware, drywall, lighting fixtures, flooring and equipment, and minor plumbing repairs. Replace light bulbs and fixtures as needed.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical problems, conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively, maintain accurate records of maintenance activities including work orders, and collaborate with other team members to ensure the efficient operation of the facility or location.
