Nature Of the Job:

»Provide the BAK-14 and BAK-12, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly inspection & maintenance schedules that meet or exceed all manufacturer’s specifications and/or military Technical Orders.

»Able to handle individually the Synchronization, Nylon Tape replacement, Net Barrier replacement and Tape End to End.

»Based upon the situation concerned with the defects or malfunctions of 500S-8 energy Absorber, Elevators Overhaul, Hook cable support system, Hydraulic system Air system and Electrical.

»In addition to such cases, as per the service schedules, it assures the service and repair of BAK14, BAK12 and Mobile Air Craft Arresting Gear System [P4] without any interference of the RSAF.

»Also, able to perform individually Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Three Months, and Six Months maintenance.

»Able to perform individually trouble shoot indication malfunctions.

»Conducts trouble shooting and maintenance of the Arresting Gear system in accordance with the Technical Operation Manual.

»Inspects and maintains of stand by Generators, specially fuel tanks, the fuel injection pumps, and fixing with the electrical connections.

»As per the requirement, upon arrival of approval from the apex authorities, resumes with the erection of P4 and power generators for different projects. As per the decision, makes arrangements to move the required materials and equipment's to the concerned location. In accordance with the given drawings conducts platform works and when it is ready to fix, conducts installation of P4.
