I have worked with crews/superintendents representing DR Horton, LGI Homes, Ryan Homes, Highland Homes, Cardell Homes, Park Square Homes and have supervised the preproduction and production of approximately 141 Express DrHorton homes – 22 DrHorton Duplex’s since the beginning of November 2022
Job duties:
Measure all slab preps, block installs and framing prior to job start.
Order all materials for the job.
Schedule all aspects of concrete, framing and slab work.
Update daily schedules for job sites, depending on weather conditions and work force issues.
Communicate with subcontractor superintendents to ensure workflow.
Monitor all slab pours.
Daily monitoring of multiple job sites, checking for any issues arising with slab/frame/block and scheduling necessary repairs.
Supervise all work crews on multiple job sites.
Payroll/scheduling for multiple work crews.
Perform final check of all sites and send reports to appropriate parties.
Monitor/clean all jobsites throughout duration of the job.
Monitor safety of all jobsites.
Prepare weekly and monthly production reports for the company for my crews. I have anywhere from 3-5 crews under my supervision in multiple neighborhoods.
