Worked as a contractor to support MS Windows in multiple Dental offices responsibility included installation and configuration new hardware, setup client workstation and manage their mail and network.

Verizon March 2021 – August 2023

Worked as a System Engineer, responsibility included administration, design, deploying, migration, troubleshooting and worked as a 1st tier team support to resolve an issues and tickets generated by users and systems using Service Now Application. As part of the DevOps/agile project implemented OpenStack as a cloud operating system that controls a large pool of compute, storage and networking resources through the data center to be able to provision the vm in a matter of few minutes.
