I would work the cash register, clean the front seating, buss the tables, clean the dishes, clean the cabinets, restock everything, clean the bathrooms, work with the customers till they found what they needed. I was the only one in the front, so I'm used to working in a busy environment. From time to time, I would help in the back if we were super busy with order.
