● My first worked as a polisher were I learned the basics of FOH work being trained to be a host @Birdie G’s from 2019-2020.

● My second job was @realfooddaily were I was a dishwasher.

was a production warehouse worker. Where I put food products in a designated box with labels and dates I had to be attentive for. Than I would switch to handling the boxed products and place them onto pallets where I had to be told, the structure of the boxes,the amount of boxes,the format in which they wanted me to set them up. I than had to check each and every box had the correct date and format.

●(“Las brasas Peruvian fusion”) I was a server, busser, main host and side host at las brasas Peruvian fusion were I had to run the FOH were I had to greet, seat,and serve my owe tables…were I’ve had to handle serves from 200-300 alone on a daily basis…i then had to closing alone and do the money count, i was going to transfered to another one of there stores to be trained by more experienced servers so that i can become the manager at the location I was previously at

●(Uovo Pasta) Here I was a host where I was instructed to follow certain host rules to direct the front . I was tasked to handle serves from 300-400 as a main host and direct seating . I also was a side host that was instructed on having everything polished, restocked, and set tables for my main host. I also trained two hosts on the preparations for the job and trained them to find more efficient and faster ways handle a host position .

●(Ike’s love & Sandwiches)here I was a shift lead for 3 Months. Where I gots experience understand guest in a more deeper level. Wanting to help my team grow and understand there job skills more fast paced and efficiently. I we instructed in handling closing shifts and money counts, also understanding the different ways of a inventory list.
