Conception des prototypes complets de carrosserie (DCM) en fibres de carbone sous CATIA V5. Des portes avant/arrière, du toit, des capots avant/arrière, etc. et des boutons, boîte à gants, commandes, volant levier de clignotants, etc., en plastique, tout en respectant la conception du client.
Conception des moules pour la fabrication des pièces en fibre de carbone, en respectant l’épais- seur des fibres, l’axe de démoulage, la trajectoire des découpes, la surface à lisser etc.
