PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
• Oversee all on-site project activity to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with engineering design.
• Hiring subcontractors, manpower. Training and evaluating all team members and conducting performance evaluations.
• Responsible for site engineering day to day activities and provided technical assistance to the Engineer and Sub-contractor supervision team.
• Monitored construction activities to ensure work efficiency and the workmanship to meet project standard and specifications.
• Review method of statement, job safety analysis, inspection package, QC plan, QC dossier, technical proposal, planning inputs, data sheets, project schedule, designing and technical commercial qualifications in coordination with relevant departments.
• Review the Vendor approval, ITP, Drawings, Material submittal and Method of statement before submitting it to client for approval. Ensure that all are fulfill according to the specification, standard & requirement.
• Took corrective action as needed during projects and/or consulted with construction project manager to resolve issues arising during projects.
• Active participation as a team member on meetings with client, consultant, sub- contractor, supplier (pre-inspection meeting, kick of meeting, progressive meeting, HSE meeting).
• Monitoring and control the site and shop day to day activity and update the checklist, making report and maintain the recorded.
• Approve sub-contractor and vendor invoices.
• Preparation of all supporting documents for electro-mechanical activities prior to, hydro tested / pneumatic testing, functional test, pre-commissioning and testing & commissioning.
• Responsible in assuring all the installation are in accordance to its specifications, correct routing of the pipe according to its isometric drawings & P&ID’s and all structural supports for all pipe line system packages.
• Guide the Contractor in developing and implementing programs for Quality system improvements.
• Co-ordination with consultants, client and third party for the inspection.
• Coordinate with the end-user, if there is any clarification, additional information needed, revision or anything that needs approval prior to the inspection / activity.
• Continuous follow / co-ordination with other departments (design, procurement, scheduling) in order to fulfill the project requirements and move the project in a proactive manner.
• Ensure that construction plans are in agreement with customer expectations and identify points at which contractual obligations will have been met.
• Review punch list and insure all items are closed prior to final commissioning and start- up.
