• Managed Seenaryo’s education program (the Seenaryo Playkit); included developing and expanding clients’ databases, managing Seenaryo’s freelance trainers, quality control and oversight of program implementation and reporting.
• Sales responsibility for Seenaryo’s play-based education trainings and resources for teachers. Key Accomplishments:
• Grew the Playkit’s reach from ~5,000 children to 15,000 children within a year by selling and managing trainings for 35 schools and NGOs.
• Co-designed a distance learning training. Led the delivery to 100 teachers and trained 10 trainers, with the program ultimately reaching 300 teachers and ~7,500 children in 4 months.
