• “Seasalt.ai” Discord Bot Capstone Project (October 2023 May 2024)
– Gained industry work experience from using industry development practices and the AGILE workflow.
– Implemented moderation feature for audio transcription and text to speech using HTTP requests to interact with OpenAI Moderation and GPT-4 APIs.
– Created transcription page among a total of 5 pages in a dashboard for the bot using streamlit greatly improving the usability of the bot and the overall user experience.
• New Programming Language (January 2023 Present)
– Brand new programming language made as a hobby adding features to an initial university class project.
– Developed with functional programming paradigms for the interpreter.
– Overcame difficulties translating a functional language to an imperative one in interpretations.
– Features variables, loops, functions, data types, IO, file IO, and more.
• “Xtreme Pong” Game Project (January 2023 May 2023)
– Top-down 3D arcade-style game based on the classic title “Pong”.
– Implemented as a group in spite of using Unreal Engine 5 and Git for the first time.
• Systems Programming Final Project (October 2022 December 2022)
– Near bare-metal multiprocessing server and clients.
– Overcame problem on how to use sockets to connect server and client(s) over local network.
– Commands and files transferred between server and client over sockets.
