Duties/Responsibilities

• I set up and operate various cutting tools machine, including lathe, milling, grinding machine, to fabricate and repair precision parts and tools.

• I install, align and secure cutting tools, fixtures and workpiece on the machine to prepare for the machinery process.

• I identify machine damage, lubricate or vibration problems and perform routine maintenance tasks to keeps them in good condition.

• I select appropriate machine and set it up for a given task take precise measurement for cutting, machining, shaping or drilling task.

• I identify need for and perform machine maintenance and minor repairs.

• I maintain a safe house keeping around and in the work shop to avoid incident or accident.

• I contribute professionally to team (Mechanical and other entities) efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

• I read and interpret blue prints, Engineering, and schematic drawing to determine machining operations required.

• I measured and inspects parts using various precision instruments (vernier caliper and micrometer screw gauge) to ensure conformance with specification with specifications base on standardization.

• I collaborate with Engineer and Vendors on site and other locations to develop and improve production processes and methods.

• I repairer, machine damage parts, installed different types of valves and interlock used in controlling fluid in process line on site.

• I also assist mechanical team to carry out alignment on different pumps used on site.

• I adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures, and promptly report any accidents or incidents to site management.
