PROFESSIONAL PROFILE.

A highly-motivated and awaiting graduate in B.Sc. (Hons) Agricultural Economics, from Njala University. I am a useful youth, very committed and consistence in anything I do and always available to make it right. Over the course of my study, I gained valuable knowledge in agricultural policy, market analysis and resource management as few of the main courses require for superior performance in collaborative environments, working solely and collaborating with others in a progressive group/organization.

1. POSITION: Project Coordinator Officer at YoMSuD-SL Organization, Calabatown, Freetown-2023.

Function:

Responsible for coordinating and providing a comprehensive report on scholarship given to teens mothers.

Monitor and evaluate overall achievements of results. Outcome:

Enhanced information flow on monitoring and evaluation reports to staff and other stakeholders for learning process and improved transparency in within the organization.

Maintain positive relationship with beneficiaries, donors and other stakeholders. 2. POSITION: Internship, at People’s Development Organization (P.D.O) Bo District - 2024.

Function: Served as a project coordinator to eliminate the use of harmful drugs such as “kush”. Outcome: Gained practical experience in project coordination and was able to reduce drug uses in the country at large.
