As the Administrative/Intake Lieutenant was the primary responsibility of coordinating

daily operational, intake and administrative tasks. Provides general, administrative,

and technical support for assigned contract to include inventory and reporting.

Maintains a high level of confidentiality for daily business decisions and operational

functions. Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Implements ongoing program-wide

compliance with contract and company policies, procedures, and guidance, with applicable laws and regulations. Facilitates the repatriation of all migrants and process all new and incoming migrants. Prepares, reviews, and coordinates the documentation, personal property and special accommodations required for migrants; coordinates migrant interviews. Establishes, manages, and communicates with on-site teams, including military and security personnel. Compiles, updates, and maintains all intake files ensuring compliance with government documentation. Maintains all equipment and supplies necessary to conduct proper transfer of new and incoming migrants. Conduct operational audits of program activities, office, vehicles, equipment, etc. Assists with inventory, supplies, emergency equipment and vehicle maintenance. Conducts random in-person spot checks to ensure contract compliance. Provides shift coverage in the absence of shift supervisors. Provides coaching, mentoring and corrective action in conjunction with Deputy Project Manager; escalates when needed to the Project Manager. Assists in preparation with tent set up. Transferred back to Guantanamo Bay as a supervisor for the Migrant Operations Center. As a supervisor conducted duties as described and also responsible in assigning task to other officers such as maintaining headcounts of migrants made sure the program schedule was followed and any major incidents were reported and documented and passed up the chain of command. Was responsible maintaining shift logs and provided counseling to staff on their performances and complying with US Naval Station Guantanamo Bay instruction 5500.1 D

Returned as a Transport Specialist to the McAllen office where I have taken part of transport mission which involved me transporting unaccompanied minors and family units from Border Patrol custody to holding facilities all over the country by land and air as well in assisting with deportations as well. I have also assisted in the repatriation missions as well where we do the actual deportations of migrants to country of origin like El Salvador Honduras and Colombia. Finally, had the opportunity in assisting of establishing two new programs in San Antonio and Phoenix in which I had helped out in the past with the training of new personnel coming into the company.
