Worked as an independent commercial and residential contractor on a wide range of projects throughout Hattiesburg, MS. This has included the restoration of four separate commercial spaces, including STUDIO 101, which served as my workspace and residence in downtown Hattiesburg.
I was also fortunate to gain funding and support from the city of Hattiesburg for the Hattiesburg Historic Street Marker Project. This involved the restoration of four-sided concrete street markers that served as street signs throughout the city of Hattiesburg dating back to March of 1944. With the support of Mayor Toby Barker, I restored 113 of these original markers with custom-designed graphics and fonts. October 2013 – June 19
