• Complied and performed my duties as per the Standard Health and Safety requirements.
• Assure that the quality of the products is up to good standard all the time.
• Strictly follow instructions and standard operating procedures all the time. EXPERIENCES OF LEAN MANUFACTURING
• EXCESS MATERIAL Problem: Waste of PVC Material and it is costing money. PVC size 220mm but the die cutter on machine is only 195mm. Solution: I measured the actual size of the die cutter on machine and it has only 195mm. I requested the company to reduce the size of width of the PVC film for the next purchase and it helps the company to save the cost of packaging material use.
• MOTION Problem: Disorganize tools costing a waste of time and productivity when machine breakdown and we need to adjust immediately Solution: I requested a cabinet for tools and organized it. It helped me to worked efficiency and quicker. It helped to have less downtime and more productivity. EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT
