My responsibility was working as an investment quality control, checking the amount and quality of work of several different contractors on the bases of which I was releasing the payment for their work. I re- calculated and made innovations of several in-efficient structural drawing as the building structures were built on the base s of my proposals as well. I have the certificates of them. It is one of the heaviest processes you can imagine- big trucks damning huge rocks into jaw-breakers, berried several floors in the ground to avoid heavy vibrations. I was all day on the site with the contractors checking the execution of the construction documents to the very little detail.

East Los Angeles High School #2, Los Angeles, California- a facility at the east part of downtown Los Angeles with a budget of $140 MIL. The campus consists five academies and a library connected by a bridge on three levels. There is a sports facility with two gyms and aerobic section on one site and auditorium on the other. A food court is between the two interconnected with a recreational plaza which surrounds the academies. 4.3. 4.4. LAX-Terminals 2 and 3, Los Angeles, California- In partnership with Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA), Delta Air Lines is embarking on the Redevelopment of Terminal 2 and 3 to meet their operational objectives at Los Angeles International Airport. The initial step towards achieving Delta Air Lines goals is implementing the 2017 Operational requirements to support Delta’s move to Terminal 2 and 3 from Terminals 5 and 6. As existing carriers occupy the current facilities in T2 & T3, the initial phase of work also includes the relocation and adaptation of facilities within Terminals 5 and 6 to accommodate other airline (OAL) operations. Because LAX is virtually a 24/7 operation, all work must be preciously coordinated between LAWA, Delta, City of Los Angeles DBS, in order to keep the functionality of the terminals. 4.5. HOAG Hospital, Newport Beach, California- the hospital has serious problems rattling during earthquake scaring patients when it starts. Following the OSHPD requirements, the hospital needed major structural upgrades. Several proposals were made where the structure of the building was changed to more flexible and efficient. The project was put by the client as a competition and I was invited by the principle of HGA Architects, Stan Chiu, to help them to design and win it. My design proposal was the wining scheme. 4.6. "Asarel- Medet" JSC; Panagyurishte, Bulgaria- a campus facilitating the process of extracting copper- ore from the rock pulp. A newly developed facility in heavy mining industry as each building had to be earthquake proofed as the zone is seismic, which is in addition to the dynamic process of the heavyweight mining equipment.
