You’ll commence employment in this position on 12/17/22 the (“Start Date”), at the Foxtrot West Loop location, at 1019 W Lake St, Chicago, IL 60607.

Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Operations Team Member, you will be instrumental in supplying customers with correct & fast deliveries and helping drive growth in an exciting part of Foxtrot. Specifically, you will:
● Order Picking & Packing
Pick orders off the shelves, focusing on quality and speed to drive great customer outcomes
Pack orders and be thoughtful about the organization of items to ensure order integrity and high-quality appearance throughout the delivery process
Label orders correctly and in accordance to warehouse operations best practices
Be adaptable to improvements in warehouse operations best practices
Own the change, we’re a company that is constantly improving
● Inventory Management Best Practices
Work with the warehouse operations leads to conduct inventory management best practices - such as cycle counting, real time inventory adjustments, stock checks, etc.
Assist with inventory receiving, inventory putaway, BoH organization, etc. Of course this list isn’t exhaustive, and responsibilities may be modified from time to time, to meet the needs of the Foxtrot business.
Hourly Rate
As of your Start Date, you’ll be paid at the hourly rate of $15.75, less payroll deductions and other withholdings as required by law or the policies of the Company, paid on our standard bi-weekly payroll calendar. Foxtrot will regularly review your performance and compensation, in accordance with our general business practices. Benefits & Perks

Changes in your employment terms, other than those changes expressly reserved to the Company’s discretion in this letter, require a written modification signed by an officer of the Company.
