• Based in Alaska, at Ft. Greeley, we constructed the power generation facility to provide power for the new Global Based Missile Defense System. Once construction was complete, we were awarded the contract to install the missile silos and all supporting systems and top secret infrastructure. • Performed duties as Owner’s Rep and Construction Manager to Pioneer Natural Resources Alaska’s Ooguruk Project, Fina Pipeline, and Conoco Phillips West Sac Heavy Crude Processing Site. $276M Contract Value
Project Executive – Construction Manager (1993 to 2002)
• Based in Cairo, Egypt and Seoul, South Korea, oversaw the construction of new power generation and distribution system upgrades and renovations to the existing power grid already in place. Skilled workforce personnel and material logistics were both major issues to overcome, but the challenges were met and a profitable result was attained, and a 12 billion dollar additional contract was awarded. $2B Original Contract Value
