My wife and I have been together for 34 years and we have 4 daughters and 2 grand-children,
Professionally, I love partnering with people to help them achieve greater levels of health and then watching them acitively influence their families & friends to become naturally healthy as well. EXPERIENCE
Ruiz Chiropractic - Clinic Director: 09/00 - 10/22- Retired Responsible for Exam, Assessment, Case Management, and Treatment of patients. Primary focus was maximizing health through an efficiently working Nervous System, Musculoskeletal System and Metabolic System through proper skeletal alignment, effective exercise and movement, and Functional Nutrition protocols. Patient demographic was primarily wellness care of the entire family. As an adjunct to the practice, I developed exercise protocols for my patients as well as trained athletes to prepare for Extreme obstacle Course races as well as university athletes preparing for the NFL combine. I also volunteered as a group fitness instructor for Spartan Race, leading classes of up to 300 athletes.

Restoration Health Center - Clinic Dr 09/19 - 03/22 - Retired
Responsibilities included all administrative duties (Hiring/Firing, Staff training, implementation of company protocols), as well as being the sole treating Dr, which included Examination, Assessment, Case Management, and Treatment of patients. During my tenure there, I was able to lift the clinic’s standards and metrics significantly by implementing more effective and efficient protocols in training, staff duties, and patient flow. Prior to my arrival, the clinic’s busiest day was approximately 65 patient in one day. After one week of my coming aboard, we surpassed 70 patients in one day. Within 3 months we surpassed 90 patients in one day. Then Covid hit and the clinic suffered dramatic slow down. When the restrictions were lifted in mid-2021, we surpassed 100 patients per dayand were able to maintain that over the next year.
Optimal Health - Lead Clinical Dr. 09/14 - 05/16

Responsibilities included New Patient interviews and exams, Patient Consultations, Development of treatment programs for Peripheral Neuropathy patients (using nutritional protocols and the latest EMF technology in cellular healing), managing and training of up to 12-15 staff at a time.
Also became the primary speaker for public relations and education talks for clinics in Sunnyvale & Walnut Creek. Patient demographic was the population suffering from the complications of Peripheral Neuropathy secondary to Metabolic Syndrome, Diabetes, cancer treatment, and surgery.
