I am currently leading 50 dynamic employees giving guidance, motivation, and some

real-talk mentorship. I Train the crew professionally and profitably by applying R&R BBQ

policies and procedures to Identify areas of improvement and provide one-on-one

mentoring. As needed, administer and document verbal warnings, write-ups, and

Performance Improvement Action Plans. Hold weekly meetings with management teams.

Responsible for all hiring and new hire paperwork. I have cultivated a culture of positivity

Oversee the execution of all food prepared and prepped with proper standards. I maintain

high food, health, and safety standards, ensure the restaurant's efficient and profitable

profitable. Record and organize store invoices, biweekly inventory and ordering all

Togo and catering. I work closely with the catering coordinator to ensure all catering meets
