Handle all RFIs and change orders throughout duration of project. Create quick problem solving for complex issues that require resolving plans that have not been accounted for.

● Building Inside: Layout water, plumbing underground, layout framing, truss install, roofing, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, water lines.

● Finishes: Building fixtures, sinks, toilets, stoves, refrigeration units, walk in fridges, heaters, ceiling grid, HVAC, mechanical units, tile and furniture.

● Admin: Coordinate all inspections, RFIs, change orders, walk throughs with Panda Express PM monthly, all equipment install vendors walk through and ensure their scope of work is performed properly. Daily reports, weekly reports, take pictures of all onsite daily activities and record them in daily online logs. Receive take off bids for SOW unaccounted for in original bid packages – send to PM, quality control, safety reports, software programs used: Microsoft Excel.
