• Process Laboratory samples to customers specifications ex: Separating blood components, adding preservatives and chemicals to proper ratios. Serial dilutions etc.

• Run Quality Control program as per SOP. Responsible for viral testing such as HIV electronic results ordering, labeling, completeness of forms, results documentation, and confidentiality issues. Prepare and submit positive results to lab office to be sent to FLDOH HIV/AIDS Bureau.
Collect blood specimens at specific intervals, prepare frozen serum aliquot and ship them. Handle frozen specimens with caution. Prepare shipping thermos boxes and declaration for dangerous goods as dry ice.
