Dock Operator that job was a few different task u had to do before the product get loaded onto the truck you would first scan the pallet to a location and then you would receive a label and then place the pallet onto a wrapper and by then the paper work is ready to be put on the pallet which is the bill of laden. Now at this point the pallet is ready to be loaded on the truck. Before you put the pallet on to the truck you would scan the dock door you loading the pallet on truck. As a Team Lead I had different things to do first off i had to make sure everyone was doing their task safe. Second I made sure batches where drop into the system so when first shift come in LTL will have orders ready to work on and also made sure everyone was productive at all times.
