PFIZER PHARMACEUTICALS\DXC CONTRACTOR Jan 2016 to April 2023

Over all 1st responder to all of Pfizer La Jolla and San Francisco Infrastructure related issues while working with global and local teams to resolve various connectivity issues.

Identify server and connectivity problems (Fiber, Ethernet and Wifi connections) then work with various remote in house and remote teams in India (NTT) to help resolve the issue.

Day to Day Data Center, Infrastructure and Desktop support issues to meet defined SLAs

Provided Lab Benchtop Machine support for all lab instrumentation. Everything from (Purchasing to Retirement).

All Cisco IP Desk\Lab Phone Management at Pfizer La Jolla across 5 different buildings from setup to retirement.

All Site Cisco AP and Security Camera support issues from software configurations to hardware connectivity issues.

Provided onsite support to Pfizer’s Digital Sight Services team to support both our scientific community and mobile laptop support (Desktop\Laptop PC Imaging, setup, company Asset management and life cycle management for all computing assets.

VDS support for ongoing projects like Outlook account server upgrades to O365, including Exchange Administration of user accounts to off load employees data and Outlook archive files to MS One Drive cloud storage,

OS upgrades\patching on critical Windows and Linux Servers related for example the LogJ4 security vulnerability, application upgrade resolution where remote installation processes failed! O365 Upgrades for 1000’s of user accounts.

Work closely with Pfizer’s Sight Services lead to manage all new hires and the deployment of 1,000 of PC’s Laptops, Mini’s, Tablets and TV’s.
