DESIGN ARC INTERIORS Hyderabad, India 2021 – 2023 JUNIOR ARCHITECT

Farmhouse Renovation and Landscaping

• Designed the landscape plan for a luxury farmhouse, preserving existing trees while transforming the site with thoughtful renovation.

• Key contribution: Developed comprehensive site plans, including interior design, and managed frequent site visits to ensure seamless execution. The client was highly satisfied with the outcome.

POPVAX Office Planning and Interior Design

• Planned the layout and designed interiors for a startup company office, focusing on creating an efficient, collaborative workspace for the team.

• Developed an urban master plan for Willets Point, addressing projected flooding challenges by 2050. Utilized AI to generate settlement patterns that would protect the city from flooding while preserving the site’s rich historical heritage.

• Key contribution: Integrated cutting-edge AI technology with resilient urban planning to create flood-resistant infrastructure, focusing on sustainability and heritage conservation. Net-Zero Rio 2050 Master Plan, Brazil

• Designed a master plan to transform an industrial waterfront site in Rio de Janeiro into a net-zero urban environment by 2050. The project focused on redeveloping brownfield areas, creating green connections, and implementing transit-oriented development (TOD) strategies to accommodate future population growth.

• Key contribution: Balanced the integration of urban greenery with industrial redevelopment, ensuring harmony with nearby favelas and contributing to ecological restoration through the creation of an urban park aimed at attracting wildlife and revitalizing the local ecosystem.
