ROLLERMAN

Responsible for visual inspection of all rollermills to check if they are functioning properly and has no air leaks, monitor the rollermill flowrate and amperes
Check and monitor grinding of rollermill and rollermill are not out of stocks inspecting alignment of feedgates
Responsible for checking current stocks are fed correctly to a specific rollermill
Ensure milling system in its optimum operation.
In charge in troubleshooting of machines of Milling System.
BLENDING TECHNICIAN
In charge in the operation and operates Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) for blending system, premix system and bulk system.
Ensure blending system in its optimum operation through setting the product requirements based on chronological order that will produce maximum output.
In charge of doing visual inspection of Additive feeder, Mixer, Screw conveyor, check sifter, rotary distributor and packing machines of blending system, premix system and bulk system.
In charge in troubleshooting of machines in blending, premix, and bulk systems.
Ensuring all formula including additives, base flour, its ratio, and dosage are all correct through checking and verifications.
Coordinates in Foreman, Quality Control and Supervisor in shift-to-shift basis.
PRODUCTION OPERATOR/ SCREENSMAN
Ensure adequate supply and quantity of raw wheat in raw materials holding bins.
In charge in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) of cleaning and conditioning system of raw wheat
In charge of doing visual inspection of Cleaning and Conditioning Machines such as Rotary Separator, Gravity Destoner, Indented Cylinder and Horizontal Scourer to check adjustment and give correct level of screening separation
Ensure the efficiency and in charge in troubleshooting of cleaning and conditioning machines
Responsible of monitoring the quantity of raw material.
Updates shift miller as to the status of conditioned wheat supplied to mill
PRODUCTION ATTENDANT
Assist Supervisor into shift-to-shift basis.
Verifies through sampling on a shift basis that all flour streams from the plansifters are of the correct specification.
Check and monitor all plansifters, purifier, and other milling equipment
Carry out preventive maintenance on all rollers, plansifter, purifier, additive feeders, and other milling equipment
In charge in flour treatment and adjust additive dosage as per product requirements thru additive feeders
In charge in troubleshooting of machines in milling system.
