INTRODUCTION

I’ve been in construction and manufacturing industries for forty plus years, mostly construction. Residential and commercial. My goal has always been for a successful project and satisfied client. I enjoy studying project plans, understanding the clients vision and bringing it to fruition. Working with project managers, architects, engineers and the authorities having jurisdiction allows for this process to unfold. Through studying the plans I’m able to identify any potential issues and resolve them ahead of time for a successful and on time project. I’ve always had the privilege of working with good project managers. My computer skills are limited as RFI’s and schedule updates were handled by them. This allows me to focus on sub-contractors, quality, cleanliness and safety, In my downtime I enjoy the outdoor life, fishing, camping, boating and the beach helps to keep me grounded and provides a well-balanced life.
