Qualifications

Twenty five + years experience with various employers, the most recent as facility maintenance at a 175 dog training & boarding facility. Have worked as a Handyman, Residential Remodeler, Carpenter, Maintenance Tech (apartment communities) This has gained me knowledge and experience in various fields to include rough and finish carpentry, installation of hardware, plumbing, electrical, drywall, roofing, painting, irrigation, apt. turns\make-readies, grounds, and numerous other aspects associated with this type of work. I’m good in math, can read a tape, know lumber dimensions, and a Team Player with good people skills. Experienced and versatile in Maintenance, Carpentry, General All Around Handyman

In-depth knowledge of unit turns and make-readies as well as grounds & facilities upkeep and pool/spa maintenance.

Ability to repair drywall, including texture, install/replace hardware, ceiling fans, lighting fixtures, sinks, faucets, toilets, doors, windows, cabinets, screens, and caulk. In essence, all areas associated with apartment and residential maintenance.

Able to do plumbing, painting, electrical, and HVAC, (not certified).

Have excellent communication and people skills, work well with staff, maintain records and time sheets, complete work orders and service requests in a timely and professional manner.

on-call, week-ends and O.T. are not a problem.
