2009-2014 Property Manager at Bloomberg Luxury Rentals in Camps Bay, responsible for the management of seven staff members and the day-to-day operations of 10 luxury holiday accommodation units. As well as two Penthouses and four luxury villas. 2014-2017 Privately managed several Airbnb properties for respective landlords, check-in’s and check-out’s, inventories and guest relations management. 2017-2022 Short Stay (Holiday Letting) Manager for Seeff Southern Suburbs, Hout Bay and Llandudno. This included property management, listing, booking and guest liaison management, with a focus on budget and complete guest satisfaction. I was involved in a few Design and development projects during my time at Seeff. maintaining an excellent working relationship with homeowners. 2022-Present Travelling between SA and the UK working in Interior Design on New Developments in and around London. Doing smaller Interior projects in Cape Town while managing my 3 private Airbnb properties, making sure properties are ready for clients, checking in guests and general guest liaison. I have a high level of Energy, tenacity and determination. I enjoy working in a team and am very meticulous at what I do. I am looking for new challenges and responsibilities to which I can apply my enthusiasm, abilities and loyalty.
